About ALSC
ATHLETIC PROGRAM
ALSC trains athletes in every sport:
PHYSICAL STRENGTH
Workout out in a fully equipped facility. work on your speed, agility and strength etc.
ACADEMIC STRENGTH
Academics is important if you want to get to the next level. If you require assistance with academics, we provide tutoring to help you enhance your marks.
MENTAL STRENGTH
Mental strength is key to success in any sport you engage in. We work with you to build your mental focus.
NUTRITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
What do you need to fuel a champion. We teach you about what you require to fuel your body with the right nutrients to succeed in your sport.
MAINTENANCE
We work in partnership with The Health Institute. Dr Joel Kerr and his staff are on site to check over all athletes.

PERSONAL TRAINING
ALSC training protocols begin with a comprehensive evaluation examining strengths physically with a fitness assessment. ALSC will help you stay motivated, encourage you to push to your potential, and help you achieve results.
SOCACIZE CLASSES
If you are a soca music lover and you are looking for a fun-filled total body workout, burning up to 1000 calories per hour, this is for you! Socacize Fitness is a creative blend of Caribbean and African dance movements set to calypso, soca. chutney, zouk, reggae, salsa, dancehall and on occasion drum music. This exhilarating dance fitness workout is broken down into four sections: Bachannal Warm-up, Cardio Soca Jam, Wine & Tone and Groovy Stretch.
BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Boot camp workouts are the best weight loss and fat burning workouts you can do for your body. The combination of cardio and strength training burns a ton of calories and builds lean muscle.
WHOLE BODY VIBRATION
Whole Body Vibration is easy on your joints! This means that Whole Body Vibration is suitable for all kinds of people - whether you're in excellent shape, or have some joint issues, or are just trying to avoid future problems, Whole Body Vibration is a great choice.

Why is Increasing your Flexibility good for your wellbeing?
With a flexible body you are able to move more freely. As you age, this is a factor that weighs heavily on our bodies. Tightness occurs around the nerves, glands, circulatory system, the spine and energy systems.
Maintaining flexibility will help to assist in the strength of your muscles. When muscles in your body become tight, other surrounding muscles will try to aid in helping the action to occur - ultimately resulting in injury.
To increase your range of motion means to move more efficiently and to recover quickly, creating more supple joints and elastic muscles.
Becoming more flexibly will also help with eliminating poor posture.
