2018 Academy Of Learning Strength & Conditioning Summer Fitness Sports Camp

Power, Speed, Agility, Strength & Flexibility (Monday-Thursday all 5 motor learning skills taught by expert trainers, USA college athletes and pro athletes in all the different sports i.e. Hockey, Basketball, Football and Soccer etc with a1hr Lunch from 12-1pm). Friday is testing day of everything the athletes have be taught from Monday- Thursday which includes an obstacle course.
Weekly, Half & Full Day Rates:

Weekly:$150 HD & 250 FD

Monthly HD:$500 & $1000 FD
Camp Training Starts From:

9am-12 noon & 1pm - 3pm

3pm-4pm Overview of 5 motor learning skills that were taught by the different instructors (P,S,A,S&F)

Daily Scheduled Routine:
-
Power, Speed, Agility, Strength and Flexibility will be conducted every hour with a lunch break at noon. We will take the required water breaks to ensure all student athletes are hydrated. The first session commences at 9:00am which will include a warm up. After Lunch we will repeat the morning warm up.

3:00-4:00pm Monday-Thursday is a recap of the 5 skills taught.

Friday is testing day which includes a competitive obstacle course centred around the big 5. This allows us to assess your progression on a weekly basis.
